Lift off the film and laminate for same time

1. To crop the film

Lying the picture at the laminator film, cut off the film as same as the picture size.

2. Installation of the film

To rotate the left/right adjusting knob in counter clockwise direction, lift up the upper rubber roll and left the gap between the upper and lower rubber roll.Make alignment of the lamination film and the picture,then put between the upper and lower rubber roll together. The surface of the film should be upward and the picture should be under the back paper of the film. The front of the picture should be out of the rubber roll for 30cm (Picture 1). To rotate the left/right adjusting knob in clockwise direction, decline the lower rubber roll at the idle stroke (It may rotate easily to adjust the knob at the idle stroke location).It is OK to make the dead weight of the upper rubber roll pin the film and picture.

3.Lift off the film

To lift the front of the protrudent film , uncover the back paper for about 10-15cm and smooth out the back paper backward.Press"REV" and choose the proper speed for rotating the rubber roll.Make lamination of the front of the film and picture together.

Notice:Do not make the film and picture exit completely the rubber roll when you do quit.It is based on the uncovering back paper folded and the frontlamination of the film and picture

4.To mount

Turn the film over the upper rubber roll and uncover the folded back paper.Pull the back paper with hands, press the "FORWARD" and choose the proper speed for rotating the rubber roll.At the same time,pull the back paper with hands,lift off the film slowly along with rotating of the rubber roll, till the cold laminatition has been finished.

Notice:The film should be level and cling to the rubber face of the upper rubber roll.Keep the film level when you pull the back paper with hands.
